Thursday Horse Racing Tips – June 30th, 2022

We have expert betting tips for the cards this Thursday at Bendigo and Hawkesbury.

There is plenty of value available with bookmakers at the Thursday meetings and we have our best bets across the cards.

Tried our top rated bookmakers?

Race 1. (12:30) Signmob Maiden (1000m)

#9 – Lovetta @ $2.40 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Lovetta is a Freedman-trained two-year-old who looked good when winning a jumpout at Flemington to prepare for her debut.

The well-bred daughter of Lonhro opened at $2.80 and has been backed into $2.80, which is a fair betting move.

We expect more betting support to come her way.

Race 2. (13:00) Bet365 Odds Protector Maiden (1100m)

#6 – All She Wrote @ $2.30 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

All She Wrote is getting close to posting a win after three consecutive placings and she only needs luck from the wide draw.

The three-year-old daughter of Tivaci finished 3.3 lengths behind the winner when running second last start and she can bridge the gap.

Barrier 15 is the only negative but put her on top.

Race 4. (14:00) The Petal Factory Maiden (1600m)

#2 – Appealing @ $4.60 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

The Archie Alexander-trained four-year-old is another runner nearing a win after back-to-back second placings.

She is a daughter of Frankel who was only 1.5 lengths behind the winner at Pakenham and she found the line impressively, so the 1600m is ideal.

Barrier four is ideal and the each-way odds are appealing.

Race 7. (15:30) Cartridge Universe BM64 (1100m)

#8 – Comanche North @ $2.20 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Comanche North attracted interest following a commanding 3.3-length win at Wangaratta and that is a good sign for his future.

The three-year-old gelding enjoyed the heavy conditions and he’s likely to get similar conditions here, so we expect a similar outcome.

Barrier 13 makes it harder but stick with him.

Race 1. (12:15) Sky Racing BM64 (2100m)

#7 – Awesome Wonder @ $3 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Awesome Wonder looked good when winning fresh up at Wyong and she got back to her near-best with a placing at Kembla Grange.

The three-year-old daughter of Galileo is bred to enjoy longer distances and she’s good enough to turn the tables on Our Bambino.

She gets the weight advantage and that could be enough.

Race 3. (13:25) Asbestos Diseases Foundation Maiden (1300m)

#5 – Affidavit @ $6 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Affidavit is paying a handy price for a James Cummings-trained gelding who has shown potential recently.

The son of Frosted finished fifth at Warwick Farm behind Robusto before running fifth behind Williamsburg, which is city-level form.

He has since won a trial to prepare and the each-way odds are appealing.

Race 4. (14:05) Bruce Thorne Memorial Maiden (1400m)

#1 – Beirut Miss @ $3.20 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Beirut Miss draws barrier 17 but the three-year-old filly is getting close to a win after two placings.

She has run second at Warwick Farm twice and her most recent effort is a good form guide for maiden racing at Hawkesbury.

If she didn’t draw wide, she would be an odds-on chance.

Race 7. (15:50) Lander Toyota C1 Handicap (1300m)

#1 – Destiny’s Bounty @ $3.70 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Looking for back-to-back wins is Destiny’s Bounty, who scored by 2.5 lengths at Warwick Farm last start.

The son of Headwater relished the soft conditions, and although he goes back to a good track here, that won’t worry him at all.

Punters get odds worth taking and with the 3kg claimer in the saddle, he could firm considerably on race day.
