7:40pm Port Adelaide Power vs Melbourne Demons @ Adelaide Oval
Port Adelaide had every chance to beat Adelaide last week but they couldn’t justify its favouritism tag.
The Power will need to play much better to beat Melbourne, which scored a professional 99-70 win over the Essendon Bombers.
We’re not surprised to see Melbourne listed as the $1.43 favourites and the Demons should get the job done, despite playing on the road.
Betting tip: Melbourne Demons –15.5 @ $1.90 Bet @ Picklebet

7:50pm Geelong Cats vs Brisbane Lions @ GMHBA Stadium
We couldn’t have been more impressed with the Brisbane Lions in their demoralisation of the North Melbourne Kangaroos last week.
The 156-48 win was dominant and that should put fear in the eyes of the Geelong Cats, who got the better of Collingwood 104-91.
Bookmakers have Geelong favoured to win, but we think the value is with the visitors. The Lions are a value team for punters and we’re in their camp.

2:40pm Sydney Swans vs North Melbourne Kangaroos @ SCG
The Sydney Swans was disappointing last week, but they should have little problem beating the North Melbourne Kangaroos.
They were terrible in a huge loss to the Brisbane Lions and we don’t see their form improving anytime soon.
That should see the Swans kick clear for an easy win and that’s reflected by the 42.5-point line offered by bookmakers. Take the Swans to score a huge win and send the Kangaroos into further disarray.
Betting tip: Sydney Swans –42.5 @ $1.90 Bet @ Picklebet

4:35pm Collingwood Magpies vs West Coast Eagles @ Marvel Stadium
There was no reason to get excited about what the West Coast Eagles delivered on Sunday. The 102-47 loss to Fremantle was a dreadful performance.
That plays into the hands of the Collingwood Magpies, who played well against Geelong but were unable to secure the win.
We expect the Magpies to get back to their winning ways against the struggling Eagles.
Betting tip: Collingwood Magpies –26.5 @ $1.90 Bet @ Picklebet

7:25pm Richmond Tigers vs Western Bulldogs @ MCG
The Richmond Tigers haven’t quite been themselves this season and that was evident with their loss to St Kilda last week.
They face another tough game against the Western Bulldogs, who scored a win over the Sydney Swans, so the form checks out.
Bookmakers have the Bulldogs as slight favourites and it’s tough to disagree with the odds. They have looked the better team and we’re in their camp.
Betting tip: Western Bulldogs –10.5 @ $1.90 Bet @ Picklebet

7:25pm Fremantle Dockers vs GWS Giants @ Optus Stadium
We like what Fremantle has done this season and the easy win over the West Coast Eagles could be backed up with another.
The Dockers look to have a good core, and although the Giants looked good in an 83-57 win over Gold Coast, they will find this harder.
There is little between them in betting markets with Fremantle holding slight favouritism, so stick with the Dockers.
Betting tip: Fremantle Dockers @ $1.89 Bet @ Picklebet

1:10pm Essendon Bombers vs Adelaide Crows @ Marvel Stadium
Despite scoring an upset win over the Power, the Adelaide Crows are underdogs to beat the struggling Essendon Bombers.
Playing away from home is always harder for the Crows, which is why bookmakers have Essendon at $1.43 to win.
The Bombers need to start producing the goods and this is a good chance. They are a risky bet at the points spread line of 15.5, but add the $1.43 in multi bets.
Betting tip: Essendon Bombers –15.5 @ $1.90 Bet @ Picklebet

3:20pm Hawthorn Hawks vs St Kilda Saints @ MCG
St Kilda showed what it can do with a 117-84 win over Richmond and that form stacks up well against the Hawthorn Hawks.
The Hawks went down fighting against the Blues in a 74-73 loss, but the Saints might have too much firepower at the MCG.
The –3.5 favourites could go on a winning streak, and although there is trepidation in the market, we’re taking the Saints to prevail.
Betting tip: St Kilda Saints –3.5 @ $1.90 Bet @ Picklebet

4:10pm Gold Coast Suns vs Carlton Blues @ Metricon Stadium
The Carlton Blues could be in for a successful season and we think that form continues against the Suns.
We’re surprised that Carlton isn’t shorter than $1.51 following their win over Hawthorn, and considering the Suns haven’t looked great.
Take the value available in the final game of Round 4.
Betting tip: Carlton Blues –11.5 @ $1.90 Bet @ Picklebet
