Nowra

Race 2. (13:35) Solomon Motor Group BM58 (1400m)

#3 – Eve ‘n’ Ruby @ $3.10 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Eve ‘n’ Ruby scored a win at Newcastle two back before running fourth at Muswellbrook against a harder field.

The three-year-old filly owns two wins and two placings from 11 starts and some of her best form comes at this distance.

She handles the wet tracks, so punters should expect a nice run.

Race 4. (14:45) Kel Campbell Fuel Haulage C3 (1000m)

#5 – Amazing Nicci @ $3.50 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Amazing Nicci comes off a 1.5-length win at Orange in heavy conditions and the daughter of Nicconi should run well.

The three-year-old built strongly towards the win last time out and she’s good enough to kick on with the job.

Barrier two is ideal punters get value odds.

Race 5. (15:20) Sussex Intel RSL Club Maiden (1100m)

#8 – Miss Maz @ $2.40 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Miss Maz showed ability during her first preparation when placing in three of her four starts, including a last-start placing at Wyong.

The daughter of Snitzel has been well-backed from the outset and we don’t think punters will get better odds than $2.40 on race day.

She jumps from a good barrier and we’re expecting a big effort.

Race 7. (16:35) Lighthouse Plumbing BM58 (1200m)

#6 – Sinaloa @ $2.40 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Sinaloa showed pace when winning on debut at Orange over Amazing Nicci, so that form could be franked earlier in the day.

The three-year-old filly backed it up with consecutive third placings at Mudgee and Nowra. She flashed home late last time out and that’s a good sign going forward.

Drawing barrier two is ideal and punters should expect another tidy effort.

Mildura

Race 1. (13:00) Eng Media Big Screen Hire Maiden (2000m)

#3 – Aquila Volare @ $2.50 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Aquila Volare finished fourth behind Phere the Ex last time out and he hit the line with purpose, which is ideal.

The three-year-old gelding by Free Eagle hasn’t had much luck in the run, but that could all change over 2000m.

His opening odds of $2.70 didn’t last long and he could continue to shorten.

Race 2. (13:30) Mildura Plumbing Plus Maiden (1000m)

#8 – Senegalia @ $1.90 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Senegalia is a three-year-old filly who is getting close to breaking through after five starts for four placings.

The daughter of Street Boss comes off a second placing at Kilmore and she should be fitter for two runs this campaign.

Punters will have to take short odds, but they’re worth snapping up.

Race 4. (14:30) Visitmildura Maiden Plate (1200m)

#9 – Martha Lavinia @ $2.90 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Martha Lavinia has had four starts for four second placings and it’s about time she won a race.

The three-year-old filly was only 1.3 lengths behind a nice type last start and the form out of that contest should stack up.

Having the fitness edge now should help and we can see her odds firming to around $2.20 on race day.

Race 6. (15:30) Bet365 BM58 (1000m)

#4 – Speed Lover @ $2.20 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Speed Lover is a three-year-old filly who scored her maiden win at Morphettville last November.

The daughter of Street Boss looks to have more ability than most in this race and getting 1.5kg off her back adds to her appeal.

Barrier two is ideal and she could firm to an odds-on favourite come Tuesday.
