Mornington

Race 1. (13:00) Take It to the Neds Level Maiden (2000m)

#8 – Bay of Kiel @ $1.95 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Bay of Kiel is looking to cap off solid form with a win after placing at Newcastle and Wyong.

The Maher/Eustace-trained three-year-old filly wasn’t too far behind Love Rules last time out and coming to Victoria could see her form improve.

Most of the money has come for her since markets opened, so follow the positive betting moves.

Race 3. (14:00) Quayclean Maiden Plate (1200m)

#2 – Endlessly @ $1.80 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Endlessly loves running second after posting five second placings from six starts, but she could break through on Tuesday.

The four-year-old daughter of Sebring comes off a placing at Moonee Valley and that form stacks up brilliantly for midweek racing.

She deserves to be at such short odds and she should be included in multi bets.

Race 5. (15:00) Two Bays Farm BM58 (1500m)

#4 – Dissmatic @ $6 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Dissmatic scored a comfortable maiden win at Kyneton last start and the three-year-old filly has upside.

The daughter of Dissident scored by 1.3 lengths and punters get value odds for her to rise through the grades.

There are no superstars in this field and she can take advantage at each-way odds.

Race 6. (15:30) RMBL Investments BM64 (1200m)

#9 – For Real Life @ $2.70 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

The three-year-old daughter of Capitalist hasn’t done much wrong during her career and she could shorten in betting markets.

She comes off a third placing at Caulfield behind some smart types and anything close to that form is good enough to win at this level.

Despite drifting since markets opened, we expect her odds to firm on race day.

Hawkesbury

Race 2. (13:20) XXXX Gold Maiden Handicap (1300m)

#7 – Misty Dreams @ $2.30 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Misty Dreams hasn’t always shown her best but we don’t think it will take her long to win.

The Peter and Paul Snowden-trained filly by Sebring was only 1.4 lengths behind the winner last start at Kembla Grange and dropping in weight to 55kg is ideal.

There has been solid betting support since markets opened and that shouldn’t stop on race day.

Race 3. (13:55) Lander Toyota Maiden (1600m)

#9 – Tavi L’amour @ $1.65 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Tavi L’amour runs at short odds but the three-year-old filly should be a class above this maiden field.

The three-year-old daughter of Tavistock ran second at Warwick Farm last start as the $2.20 favourite and punters should go again.

We expect her to put a few lengths on this field.

Race 4. (14:35) Blacktown Workers Club C1 (1500m)

#6 – Show Me Your Love @ $2 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

Show Me Your Love scored a win at Mudgee in wet conditions last start and she’s a good chance to double the dose.

The daughter of So You Think won by 2.8 lengths, so it was a dominant effort and dropping to 54kg makes her tough to beat again.

Punters should expect her to be finishing off stylishly down the outside.

Race 5. (15:10) Richmond Club BM64 (1000m)

#1 – King Charming @ $2.25 – Bet @ Ladbrokes

King Charming is a two-time winner from as many starts and that form looks good enough.

The former Queenslander won at Grafton before winning at Doomben by a length, which is solid form for this level of racing.

His trial form at Warwick Farm suggests he could win fresh up on Tuesday.
